WHAT IS CBD (Cannabidiol) HEMP OIL?

CBD or cannabidiol is a non-psychoactive hemp-based oil, that is legal, and won’t get your high. CBD oil is high in CBD and low (or non existing) in THC. Because CBD drops do not contain high levels of THC, you will not experience psychoactive effects. CBD is safe and effective and also has other various health benefits.

Where CBD oil and traditional Marijuana differ is in the parts of the cannabis plant they come from and what chemical elements make them up. Cannabinoids like THC act as a suppressor for the chemical receptors in the brain. These chemical receptors are already acting abnormally when you have anxiety and depression, and therefore suppressing or stabilizing these receptors with cannabis use can really have a profound impact on those suffering from those afflictions. How these suppressors cause people to react can be very different, however, and can in some people worsen the effects of their anxiety or depression. This is most often not the case with the best CBD oil for anxiety and depression.

Therefore, while it can fight off feelings of anxiety, it also does not provide the user with a high that is typical of many THC products. Therefore, the feelings of calm cannot be counteracted by negative psychoactive effects. Using CBD to treat anxiety is a viable option for those who experience negative effects from THC products.

One thing that many people don’t realize when trying to apply for medical marijuana licensure in states where only medical marijuana is legal is that having occasional nervousness or sadness does not necessarily mean that they are guaranteed a medical marijuana card. Anxiety and depression disorders are more than just an occasional feeling of sadness or anxiety. When these feelings begin to seep into daily life and persist, causing you to be unable to do things that you were once able to, that could indicate that you have one of these disorders.

While it is always best to confirm with your doctor that you have anxiety and depression, at some point considering treatment options will arise.

After consulting with your doctor, it might come down to trying to figure out what the best CBD oil for anxiety and depression is. Finding an oil that works for you is much like finding a pharmaceutical drug that works for your needs. Not all work the same, so it is best to try and find that which works best for you. CBD, or Cannabidiol oil is often one of the best oils that work to treat those symptoms of anxiety disorder.

It is unknown completely how CBD impacts those who have anxiety and depression, but studies are just starting to emerge. Serotonin is naturally occurring, though these natural chemicals sometimes can become lowered due to physical and environmental factors. When this happens, it can wreak havoc with mental health. People with depression classically causes anxiety and depression, and therefore CBD oil theoretically should help.

Another way in which CBD oil can help is by causing restful sleep. One of the symptoms of anxiety and depression is insomnia. Unfortunately, having insomnia can exacerbate the symptoms of anxiety and depression. They work in a symbiotic relationship and strain the sufferer’s mental health, but often there is nothing that the sufferer can do about it other than changing their medication intake. However, for insomnia, studies have shown that CBD oil can help our immensely and THC can actually “impair” sleep quality. Great article Richard,
I am particularly drawn to the ‘What is CBD (Cannabidiol) Hemp Oil’ section, whereby you discuss how CBD reacts with the brain. I would add that, unlike THC, CBD fails to bind with the CB1 receptor in the human brain because of its molecular structure. CBD is known as having antagonistic properties, and as such it cannot bind directly with cannabinoid receptors. THC has agonistic properties, which is what adds to the psychoactive effect found in fertilised cannabis. This is one of the most fascinating things about CBD, it really is one of the most unique chemicals in the cannabis plant.
I recently read an article explaining CBD, which would complement this article well; it provides an overall explanation of the chemical and the scientific properties it has.

It’s really a shame that in the U.S. hemp got grouped together with marijuana decades ago when the big crack down on marijuana came about. Fortunately things have been slowly turning around and hemp, and the CBD that derives from it, have been legalized in many (but not all) states. Hemp has almost no THC, so it isn’t something people even used to get high from anyway.

Sharing my personal experience, after taking CBD oil, you feel relaxed within 2-3 minutes. Plus I agreed with this article because it really helps to get rid of depression. I think CBD binds with CB 1 receptor because how could I be calm after taking CBD if it’s not working with CB 1 receptor? Well, there are so many articles and blogs describing pros and cons about CBD. As per my personal experience, there no side effects of CBD and it works really well on me.
